Upon booking and confirming your details, a deposit of $250 CAD is required by July 14 2026. The remaining balance to be paid up not later than October 19th 2026. Failure to pay by the due date will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

We have given guests a notice period. If you are unable to RSVP, you will be considered a "no" as we need to confirm travel booking guest number. If your RSVP is sent after the notice period and you do decide to join us for the travel, the travel cost might increase; you can still handle the booking process with our coordinator. We, though, do need to finalize everything 5 months prior to the wedding day.

Yes, guests are welcome to book fewer than 7 nights through our wedding coordinator or stay at another hotel if they prefer; however, we kindly ask that at least 80% of our guests stay at our resort to support our wedding arrangements.

Guests are welcome to attend which ever event works best for them. Our Church Ceremony will take place a day prior to travel day to celebrate with the ones that might not be able to do the travel. Those who aren't able to make it to the Church Ceremony, a 2nd Symbolic Ceremony will take place on the wedding day in Cancun.

Children are welcome to attend the church ceremony. While we love the little ones, this is an adult only resort, Take this week as a relaxing vacation.

Unless stated on your formal invitation, there will be no extra guests. Please understand we have limited venue capacity and would like to invite who we can!
